Welcome to Restat! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, including any content, features, functionality, and services offered through our website and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

• Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable. We may change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect your current subscription until the next renewal period.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.
• Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmful code.

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Restat or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any content that you submit or upload to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Restat a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Restat does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restat, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Lahore.
